We take great pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
  • Returns are only accepted if you receive:
    • A damaged product,
    • A defective product, or
    • An incorrect item delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.).

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and the item is received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of COD orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

3. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, or before it’s dispatched — whichever comes first. To cancel, email us at support@mykveda.com with your order details. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled due to hygiene reasons.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse to accept the parcel at delivery if you no longer wish to receive it.
  • Prepaid cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 working days after confirmation.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used beauty products.
  • Items purchased during sale, discount, promotional offers, but we will confirm before placing the non-returnable products.
  • Gift cards or free sample items.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider again.
  2. Contact your bank or Razorpay (it may take a few days for funds to reflect).
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, contact us at support@mykveda.com.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this tracking ID to monitor your delivery status in real time.
